Return Policy: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of ship date, and must be in saleable condition with original container and packing. All funds are refunded to your credit card and/or via check. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Pine Junction Gifts reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Our 14K Gold and Fine Jewelry is guaranteed to be as described. If not completely satisfied, return merchandise within 5 days of delivery for full refund. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Although the likelihood of your receiving damaged merchandise is minimal, it does unfortunately happen on occasion. In the event your merchandise is damaged during shipment, or you desire to return your merchandise, please contact Customer Service immediately via e-mail at jmlipsky@pinejunctiongifts.com
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the ship date. (Please do not write on the merchandise box packed inside). Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise, we will begin processing your refund or re-ship, whichever is your preference. NOTE: Returns will be refunded to your credit card and/or via check.
Customer is responsible for originating shipping fee and return fee. After 30 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If you return an item to Pine Junction Gifts after the 30-day limit, we reserve the right to keep the item and you will NOT be refunded, and you will not have the right to an exchange. You will be notified by e-mail of such action.
Pine Junction Gifts is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacture or by it's distributors. Pictures and descriptions are provided by a third party.
Pine Junction Gifts will make every effort to ship all products out within 2-5 business days. If your order is not shipped within 7 business days (very rare), it is due to circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, make every effort to ship in a timely manner.

You may return any costume jewelry item for immediate replacement* or repair even if gem or simulation is missing, and even if damage was caused by your own negligence! This is the most dramatic jewelry guarantee possible, and we back it 100% for life. Simply return the jewelry item postage prepaid to CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills, CA 91365 with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the item. Include $7.50 per item, to cover cost of handling, return postage and insurance. Replacement will include a new Guarantee Certificate. This guarantee covers all costume jewelry of up to and including $49.95 retail value. This guarantee DOES NOT COVER any 10K, 14K gold, genuine diamond, sterling silver or cubic zirconia.
#3. FINE JEWELRY LIMITED GUARANTEE:
1. Our Fine Jewelry is guaranteed to be as described.
2. If not completely satisfied, return merchandise within FIVE DAYS of delivery for replacement, or full refund.*
3. Jewelry must be returned to your distributor in its original condition, with the original
sales slip.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For Guarantees #4 through #6--Before returning

#4. TWO-YEAR LIMITED MECHANICAL AND LCD WATCH GUARANTEE:
We will repair at no charge the mechanism of any watch purchased from us which proves defective within 2 years of purchase date. Simply return the watch postage prepaid to CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills, CA 91365 with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the watch. Include $5.00 per item, to cover cost of handling, return postage and insurance. This Guarantee does not cover watches subjected to unauthorized repair, modification or abuse. This Guarantee does not cover broken crystals or worn watch bands. To replace either, remit an additional $2.50 for crystal, or leather, or plastic watch band with your Certificate. To replace metal, special decorative or jeweled ladies' watch bands write Customer Satifaction for a price quote. This guarantee does not cover analog quartz watches - (See Guarantee #5). This Guarantee does not cover watches that have their own Manufacturer's Guarantee and service center locations included with each watch.
#5. ONE-YEAR LIMITED QUARTZ ANALOG WATCH GUARANTEE:
Your quartz analog watch movement is guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase against any failures due to defective materials or workmanship, and will be repairied or replaced* provided the watch has not been abused or subject to unauthorized repair or modification. To have your watch repaired under this guarantee, simply return the watch with $7.50 per item, to cover handling, return postage and insurance, along with the Guarantee Certificate to CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, P.O. BOX 1600, WOODLAND HILLS, CALIFORINA 91365. To replace bands or crystals that are broken or worn, remit an additional $2.50 each with your Guarantee Certificate. To replace metal, special decorative or jeweled ladies' watch bands write Customer Satisfaction for a price quote. This guarantee does not cover watches that have their own Manufacturer's Guarantees and service center locations included with each watch.
#6. ONE-YEAR MECHANICAL OR QUARTZ WALL CLOCK GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE:
We will repair, at no charge, the mechanism and actual movement of a wall clock if it proves defective within 1 year of purchase date. Simply return the wall clock, postage prepaid and insured to CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, P.O. BOX 1600, WOODLAND HILLS, CALIFORINA 91365 with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the wall clock. Include $12.50 per item, to cover handling, return postage and insurance. This guarantee does not cover any glass or wood facings, nor wall clocks subjected to unauthorized repair, modification or abuse.
#7. THREE-YEAR LIMITED CUBIC ZIRCONA COSTUME JEWELRY WARRANTY:
Your Cubic Zirconia costume jewelry is guaranteed for 3 years from purchase date provided the CZ stone is not missing. Simply return the item, postage prepaid and insured, with Guarantee Certificate and your check or money order for $5.00 per item, to cover handling, return insured postage to CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, P.O.
